Company Information

In 1986, Inlet Title Company opened its doors on Canal Street in New Smyrna Beach.  Kay Sikes was one of the founding members, and in 2001, became the owner.

Inlet Title is very active in the community and is a member of the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors, New Smyrna Beach Chamber of Commerce and Volusia Home Builders Association.

The company promises to provide distinctly personal client-focused service while giving each customer the respect and attention they deserve.
